Ordering and Shipping Questions



Q. What do I do if I make a mistake on my order?
A. If you have made a mistake on your order, please follow up with an e-mail to info@wildideabuffalo.com, stating your mistake, or call us at 866-658-6137. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. So even if you have ordered during off business hours, a sales representative will get with you promptly following next business day. We will not process your order until we have made contact with you.
Q. When should I expect my order?
A. We ship primarily Monday through Wednesday, via Fed-x or UPS. We will contact you first to let you know when your product will ship & when you can expect it. Or, if you have a preference when you would like to receive your order, please note it in additional comments on your order form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q. I need my buffalo meat to arrive sooner. Is there some way to get my order within 24 hours?
A. Please call us immediately, toll-free, at 1-866-658-6137 and we will work to accomodate you.
